A: Not at all! Our bookshelves feature a 2 modual assembly. Your package includes a detailed, step-by-step instruction manual and all the necessary hardware. Most customers easily complete the setup in3 0-60 minutes without needing extra power tools. You could also check the assembly vedio

A: Absolutely. Safety and sustainability are our top priorities. Our wooden products are crafted from premium, natural bamboo—a highly renewable resource. They are finished with non-toxic coatings, making them completely safe for your living room, bedroom, or children's corner.


Orders


Q: How can I track my order?


A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number on the FedEx website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify it, but you can return it according to our return policy.


Q: What if my order shows as delivered but is missing?


A: Please check your front porch, side doors, and with your neighbors first. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact our customer support and reach out to FedEx with your tracking number to start an investigation.

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?

A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery via FedEx standard shipping usually takes another 3-7 business days, depending on your exact location in the US.

Returns & Support


Q: What is your return policy?


A: We want you to love your Lauxery home upgrades. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.


Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?

A: We meticulously inspect every package, but shipping damage can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged or defective part, please take clear photos of the issue and the outer box, and email them to our customer support within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement part for you immediately.
